Kimberly started losing her hair after a serious brain injury as a teen. She was diagnosed with Androgeneic Alopecia at 19 and has struggled with hair loss all of her adult life. She understands the extreme pain that goes with it and wants to help others not feel alone in their hair loss journey the way she did for almost 30 years.
After shaving her head for a cancer fundraiser in March 2023, it released her from keeping her hair loss a secret; "I felt empowered by no longer hiding it. I understand, we all have different levels of hair loss and my goal is to help others that are struggling with it as well. You are not alone. Wigs are wonderful! I love my wigs! Let's destroy the stigmas! I am here to help!"
Kimberly's sister Keri has joined her on this mission, as she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. After a double mastectomy and other health issues that left her with fine thinning hair, they are now working together to help all women struggling with hair loss to know they are not alone.
Not only do they understand the emotional toll hair loss can take, they offer support in taking the guess work out of shopping for a wig. Offering a boutique like atmosphere online with free virtual consultations and locally, in the PNW they offer in person visits as well.
